When I decided to purchase a home, I was looking for an agent who would look out after my best interest and really negotiate on my behalf. All I have to say about Gina is WOW! She has great negotiation skills! Got me a great price for my home in addition to closing costs, a home warranty and all the appliances. It was a bit difficult to get the sellers to agree to everything, but she was relentless in negotiating on my behalf. She's the only agent I'll use when I sell or purchase properties.

The experience of buying our first home was fantastic thanks to Gina. We relocated to Florida and were very nervous about moving with our children to a new city. She immediately made us feel at ease. Gave us all the information we needed on the area, including schools, parks, churches, shopping, dining, etc. She listened to what we wanted and was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. Also did a great job negotiating on our behalf. Would definately use her again!

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Gina Lamouth. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I was lucky enough to be randomly connected to Gina via a Zillow inquiry, and she's fantastic. Set up a zoom showing for the property I inquired about, and was great about pointing out the good & the bad of the property. Gina also had answers to all of our questions regarding the property, such as pet policy, HOA fees, can we have our own golf cart, etc.

She was highly attentive and always available to show us homes at times that were convenient for us and updated us on homes that came on the market almost daily. She returned emails and calls same day. When we had questions or concerns she was always honest and compassionate. She would spend entire afternoons driving us around looking at homes and then finally we found the perfect home for us! Thank you Gina for all your hard work!

My family relocated to New York (we had to move quickly). We were very concerned about dealing with tenants while we were so far away. It was frightening to think about home maintenace, rent collection, etc. while we lived in another state. We met with Gina and within a few days our home was rented. She ran a thorough backgrpound check on the applicants and I am very happy to say that we have not encountered any problems. She manages our rental property, takes care of everything and is very reasonable. We'll be selling our home this summer and will definately give her the listing once again!
